Product Description
The PCT-511B is a truck-mounted single pump cementing unit featuring the SERVA TPH400 triplex plunger pump. This unit is designed for onshore oilfield cementing operations, providing accurate mixing and pumping of cement slurry either manually or automatically based on preset density and discharge rate parameters.
The input shaft of the TPH400 pump is aligned parallel to the engine's centre line, positioning the fluid end at the rear of the unit. This inline installation design significantly simplifies pump maintenance and servicing. Compared to other cementing plunger pumps of the same plunger size, the TPH400 offers maximum operating pressure, a long stroke, and high self-priming capacity.

The SERVA TPH400 triplex plunger pump is rated at 600 bhp maximum input horsepower with an 8" stroke and 8.6:1 gear ratio. It is designed to pump cement slurries, sand-laden fluids, crude oil, acids, mud, and other oil well servicing fluids.
Main Features
1. Inline TPH400 Pump Installation
The parallel alignment of the pump input shaft with the engine centre line positions the fluid end at the rear of the unit. This layout provides easy access for routine maintenance and major service work, reducing downtime.
2. High Energy Re-circulation Jet Mixing System
This advanced mixing system delivers superior slurry homogeneity and can handle the most demanding cement formulations. The re-circulation design ensures consistent mixing even with difficult slurry.
3. ACM-III.1 Auto Density Control System
The system provides precise, automated density control with an accuracy of ±0.02 g/cm³. It can be operated in either automatic or manual mode, allowing seamless switching based on operational requirements.
4. 1 m³ Surge Tank (Optional)
A 1 m³ surge tank is available to stabilize bulk cement delivery, improving the accuracy of the automatic control system and enhancing overall slurry quality-3.
5. Chassis-Engine Powered Mixing
The mixing system draws partial power from the chassis engine, increasing the actual operational power available from the main engine.
6. Off-Centre Dry Cement Valve
This design feature prevents bulk cement from choking during delivery, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted operation.
7. Emergency Air Inlet Shutoff System
An emergency kill system provides an additional layer of safety by shutting off the air intake in critical situations.
8. SPS Non-Leakage Packing System
The SPS (Seal Packing System) ensures reliable sealing performance, minimizing fluid leakage and reducing maintenance frequency.
9. Plunger Pump Over-pressure Protection System
This safety system automatically protects the pump from damaging pressure surges.
10. F300 Non-Radioactive Densitometer
The F300 densitometer is easy to clean, safe to operate, and does not require radioactive sources, eliminating the regulatory and safety concerns associated with radioactive density measurement.
11. User-Friendly Operator Interface
10" Operation Screen – Provides convenient monitoring of all working data.
Simplified Operation – Designed to adapt to oilfield working habits.
12. Portable Data Acquisition System
A wireless/wired data acquisition system is available for real-time data recording, analysis, and storage.
13. Diesel-Fired Coolant Pre-Heat System (Optional)
The pre-heat system allows the engine to be warmed before starting without requiring external power, ensuring reliable cold-weather starts in low-temperature environments.
Applications
The PCT-511B Single Pump Cementing Truck is suitable for a wide range of oilfield operations:
Onshore well cementing – Primary and secondary cementing operations.
Acidizing treatments – Pumping acid solutions for well stimulation
