Product Overview
High pressure integral fittings and welded fittings are essential flowline components used in oil and gas well cementing, hydraulic fracturing, well testing, and other high-pressure surface operations. These fittings connect various pieces of equipment—pumps, manifolds, hoses, and piping systems—into a complete, leak-free flow path capable of safely conveying abrasive slurries, acids, and other well service fluids at extreme pressures.
Unlike conventional threaded or fabricated pipe fittings, integral fittings are forged from a single piece of high-strength alloy steel-. This one-piece construction eliminates welded seams and potential weak points, drastically reducing the risk of leaks even under immense stress-. Welded fittings, by contrast, feature end connections that are welded directly to the pipe or flowline.
