Our Emergency Unloading Valve, also commonly utilized as a high-pressure safety valve, is a direct-action, spring-loaded ball and seat structure designed to safeguard critical equipment and personnel. When the system pressure exceeds the pre-set value, the valve opens automatically, utilizing the system's own pressure to relieve the excess. Once the pressure drops back to a safe level, the valve automatically resets and closes. This robust design allows for continuous operation without damaging downtime, providing superior performance compared to traditional shear-pin relief valves, especially in high-pressure fluid control and reciprocating pump systems.
