Reliable Overpressure Protection for High-Pressure Oilfield Systems
Our Emergency Unloading Valve, also commonly utilized as a high-pressure safety valve, is a direct-action, spring-loaded ball and seat structure designed to safeguard critical equipment and personnel. Manufactured by JUHENG, this valve ensures automatic protection in the event of unexpected pressure surges.
When the system pressure exceeds the pre-set value, the valve opens automatically, utilizing the system's own pressure to relieve the excess. Once the pressure drops back to a safe level, the valve automatically resets and closes. This robust design allows for continuous operation without damaging downtime, providing superior performance compared to traditional shear-pin relief valves, especially in high-pressure fluid control and reciprocating pump systems.

Direct-Action & Spring Reset: Utilizes a spring-loaded mechanism that reliably resets the valve after pressure relief, ensuring automatic protection and operational continuity.
Adjustable Relief Pressure: The top-mounted adjustment bolt allows operators to precisely set the release pressure ranging from 35 MPa to 140 MPa, making it highly adaptable to varying system requirements.
