1. Product Overview
The High and Low Pressure Combination Manifold is an integrated pipeline system specifically designed for oilfield fracturing (fracking) operations. It combines low-pressure gathering and distribution functions with high-pressure collection into a single, compact manifold assembly, significantly reducing the footprint required on site while enabling rapid rig-up and rig-down.
In a typical fracturing operation, the fracturing fluid is thoroughly mixed by a sand truck (blender) or mixing truck, then delivered to the low-pressure gathering manifold. From there, fracturing pumps (or pump trucks) draw the fluid, pressurize it to high pressure, and discharge it through the high-pressure collection manifold into the wellbore. The high and low pressure combination manifold integrates both the low-pressure and high-pressure sections into one streamlined unit, eliminating the need for separate manifold systems and reducing connection points.

2. Working Principle
The high and low pressure combination manifold integrates two distinct fluid handling sections into a single assembly:
Low-Pressure Section
Function: Receives and gathers fracturing fluid from the blender/mixing truck
Configuration: Large-diameter piping (8’’ – 12’’) with multiple inlet ports for receiving fluid from one or more blending units
Distribution: Evenly distributes the mixed fracturing fluid to multiple fracturing pump suction lines
High-Pressure Section
Function: Collects high-pressure fluid discharged from multiple fracturing pumps
Configuration: Smaller-diameter, high-strength piping (2’’ – 3’’ ) with multiple inlet ports from pump discharge lines
Delivery: Consolidates the high-pressure flow into a single outlet for injection into the wellhead
