Product Description
1. Product Overview
The Annular Manifold is a high-performance pipeline assembly specifically designed for oilfield high-pressure fluid delivery systems. It is widely used in discharge lines, cementing mud lines, well testing lines, fracturing lines, and other high-pressure fluid transmission applications.
The annular manifold is composed of swivel joints and pup joints (straight pipes) , forming a flexible ring-shaped pipeline that can be easily stacked, transported, and stored. Its modular design offers excellent flexibility, impact resistance, vibration resistance, and high flow capacity, making it the ideal solution for temporary and permanent high-pressure piping systems in the oil and gas industry.
Our annular manifolds are manufactured from high-strength alloy steel with precision machining, heat treatment, and strict quality control. All products are designed to meet API standards and are fully interchangeable with major international brands.
Key features at a glance:
Flexible ring-shaped design for easy stacking and storage
Excellent impact and vibration resistance
High flow capacity with minimal pressure drop
Available in split type and integral type
Standard configurations with Type 50 swivel joints (Type 10 optional)
Pressure range: 5,000 – 20,000 PSI
Size range: 2″ – 3″
Easy transport and rapid installation
2. Product Types
There are two types of annular manifolds.
2.1 Split-type Annular Manifold
The split-type annular manifold is composed of swivel joints and pup joints (union-type pup joints) connected via hammer unions. Each component can be independently disassembled and stacked for compact storage and convenient transportation, while enabling flexible and rapid assembly on site.

2.2 Integral Annular Manifold
The integral annular manifold features an integral forged or welded construction with a single hammer union connection, which minimizes potential leak points. Compared with the split-type design, the integral type offers lighter weight, smoother rotation, and safer operation.
