Product Description
A Hammer Union is a high-pressure pipe fitting widely used in the oil and gas industry for quick and reliable connection and sealing of pipelines and equipment. Consisting of two joints coupled with a threaded nut, hammer unions allow fast make-up and break-out using a hammer, enabling efficient assembly and disassembly without rotating the pipes.
Our hammer unions are manufactured from high-strength forged alloy steel and undergo strict heat treatment to ensure uniform metallurgical structure and pressure-bearing capacity. All products comply with API Spec 6A, ASTM, and AISI standards, ensuring reliable sealing, fast loading/unloading, and excellent interchangeability with major international brands, such as FMC WECO.
Key product features:
Forged steel construction for superior strength and durability;
Precision-machined sealing surfaces for leak-proof performance;
Color-coded components for quick identification;
Interchangeable with major manufacturers’ products;
Available in threaded, butt-weld, and socket-weld end connections;
Sour service models available per NACE MR-01-75 standards.

Fracturing (fracking) – hydraulic fracturing lines, fracturing fluid delivery
Acidizing – acid treatment lines
Choke & kill manifolds – well control systems
Well testing – test lines and wellhead connections
Manifold systems – various types of high-pressure manifolds-
Mud delivery – drilling mud circulation systems-
Coiled tubing operations – high-pressure fluid connections
Offshore platforms – marine and subsea applications-
Media handled:
Drilling mud (water-based, oil-based, synthetic)
Crude oil
Fracturing fluids (including proppant-laden fluids)
Cement slurry
Acid solutions
Natural gas
Water (fresh, seawater, produced water)
